In 2024 Arrogant Studio realized a 4,200-square-foot modern residence overlooking Folsom Lake, composed as a series of restrained horizontal volumes with sharp shadow lines and warm material contrast. Controlled from the street and open to the landscape, the home dissolves into the pool terrace through expansive glazing, delivering a precise, light-driven retreat that is both grounded and unapologetically architectural.
